What Is Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation?

Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (or Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation) is a supervised exercise program that involves education, nutritional counseling, stress management, smoking cessation and other lifestyle changes designed to prevent or reverse the progression of cardiac and pulmonary diseases.
